About Coralwood:
The Coralwood School is the only public school in DeKalb County, Georgia dedicated to serving children with special needs in preschool, pre-k, and kindergarten. Coralwood educates nearly 250 students, approximately half of whom have special needs. This includes children who have autism or down syndrome, severe speech/language disabilities, and motor disorders such as cerebral palsy or spina bifida. In most cases, special-needs and typically-developing students learn together in inclusion classrooms—a unique model that benefits all children. Proceeds from the annual auction primarily fund teacher professional development and education innovations in the classroom.  Here is a link to a video about our remarkable school:
