What are the ticket prices?
Regular Tickets: $75 (available online through 2/28)
Coralwood Staff Tickets: $25 (limited to staff and teachers; additional guests require a Regular Ticket)
What’s included with the ticket cost?
Your ticket includes heavy hors d'oeuvres, dessert, an open bar (wine, beer, signature cocktail), non-alcoholic drinks, DJ and dancing, access to live and silent auctions, and an unforgettable evening supporting Coralwood!

What are the parking arrangements?
There is on-site parking and street parking available. Ride-shares are encouraged.
Is the event safe and secure?
Yes, this is a private event at a secured venue with hired security from 7 PM–11 PM. Invites have been sent to Coralwood families, sponsors, community partners, and staff.
Can I buy a ticket on-site at the event?
Yes, tickets can be purchased at the door by credit card only (no cash transactions).
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
We do not offer refunds for admission tickets. However, Coralwood Board members can make adjustments for Greater Giving transactions if needed.
Are there alternate payment options?
We accept checks for donations, but this is a cash-free event with no cash transactions on-site. The silent auction is online based and will require a credit card.
Why should I pre-register my credit card?
Pre-registering your card speeds up event entry and check-out. When you check the authorization box, Coralwood Foundation can securely use your card on file for all bids and purchases.
How secure are my credit card details?
Credit card information is only used to transmit credit card transactions from the software to the bank. In addition, Greater Giving is in compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. Since we process credit card transactions for our clients and their supporters, ensuring the privacy and security of your information is an integral part of Greater Giving’s services and is the top priority for our operations. What if I have accessibility needs or dietary restrictions?
The venue has a wheelchair-accessible ramp and handicap restrooms. We will also have vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Contact us at president@coralwoodschool.com for additional accommodations.
Is there a dress code?
The theme is “Roaring 20’s” Festive attire is encouraged, but there’s no set dress code.
