Event FAQs: 

  1. What are the ticketing prices?
    1. Regular tickets: $40 (available online through 2/25)
      1. Flash Sale tickets: $30, sporadic occurrences! 
  2. What is included with the ticket cost? 
    1. Dinner catered by Bambinelli’s, dessert, complimentary alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine and a signature cocktail. There will also be non-alcoholic beverages, dancing (DJ), EXCLUSIVE live & silent auction access
  3. Where is the event located? 
    1. Briarcliff Woods Beach Club: 1830 Morris Landers Dr Atlanta, GA 30345
  4. What parking arrangements are available?
    1. On-site parking lot and street parking
    2. Ride-share encouraged
  5. Is the event safe/secure?
    1. The Briarcliff Woods Beach Club is a private event space. There will be hired security, from 7pm-11pm. Invites were sent to families of Coralwood, sponsors & community partners of the Coralwood Foundation, teachers/staff, and shared on our social channels.
  1. Tickets purchased at the door of event will be $60
  1. How do I buy a ticket on-site at the event?
    1. There will be an opportunity to purchase a ticket at the door. Ticket cost at the event is $60 (versus in advance). 
  1. Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
  1. Greater Giving and Coralwood Foundation can refund money to any supporters for any credit card transaction processed. This can be done by any designated Coralwood Board members with Greater Giving permissions. However, if an admission ticket is already purchased we are not offering refunds. 
  1. I can’t pay by credit card; is there an alternate payment method?
  1. We will accept Cash, Check or Credit Card 
  1. How secure are my credit card details?
    1. Credit card information is only used to transmit credit card transactions from the software to the bank. In addition, Greater Giving is in compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard. Since we process credit card transactions for our clients and their supporters, ensuring the privacy and security of your information is an integral part of Greater Giving’s services and is the top priority for our operations.   1. I have special accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?
    1. The BCWBC has a wheelchair accessible ramp and handicap restroom stalls. There will be vegetarian and gluten free dinner and dessert options.
  1. Is there a dress code for the event?
    1. The theme for the night is “Starry Night Shining Bright”, so please wear whatever will make you feel the most comfortable and festive. The auction committee plans to come “dressy/cocktail”, but there is no dress code & any attire is welcome, however you prefer to “shine on” for Coralwood! 
  1. What will the event agenda and schedule be?
    1. The event begins at 7pm with a dinner buffet, open bar, silent auction, music & dancing! Throughout the evening, we will have announcements from the DJ, guest speakers, optional events like the “wine pull”, a LIVE auction and other surprises! The auction portion will end around ~9pm to begin “check-out”, while music & dancing continues. The entire event will conclude at 11pm.
  1. How does the live and silent auction work?

  1. What if I want to bid on an auction item but can’t make it to the event? 
    1. We are only allowing members at the event to bid on items until after the auction is over. There will be extended sales and biding for items not sold.
